I bought a new pixel 6 phone and had trouble with getting my texts and contacts to transfer. I also had an issue with ads popping up on the messenger app which I inadvertently added to the phone. I was totally frustrated until I stopped in the Verizon store at Foxtail Center and was lucky enough to meet Kenard who fixed everything in no time at all! He was the absolutely BEST Verizon staff person I have ever met. He was so patient with me and friendly and very adept at his job. KENARD is the best!!!!

Well… the deal was sent to my inbox. But VERIZON can now change the content of your e-mail. So when I got to the store, the person helping me told me to get the email but to expect that it could be changed. I showed a screenshot of the deal I wanted but they said it was gone. THAT. IS. SHADY. BUSINESS. I waited a month and took a lesser deal. It was a real bummer.
