I have religously bought stuff at petco and as far I know the bathrooms are public, when I ask if I could use the bathroom, she said I could go to best buy, very rude never in my life and all I had to do is wash my hands. Customer service is horrible.

Purchased some Pea Puffer fish and the Associate, AMIR was EXEPTIONAL!! He took the time to educate my 11 year old daughter and me on proper care and resources. I work in Customer Service and he is a rare breed when it comes to acknowledging customers and providing EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Mee Soo (MeeSoo)
One of the best fish sections of any Petco or Petsm*rt in the area. The people who manage it care about the fish and the customers, are knowledgeable and have healthy stock and a great selection. They even have healthy corals and anemones. Good selection of freshwater plants too. I was quite impressed.

We had our dog groomed here, and they were excellent. Great selection of toys (even my four year old wanted some) and very friendly staff. One employee played along with her pointing out a camouflaged gecko like it was his first time seeing it.

You should call the store. I don't recall seeing large birds. Generally speaking, On average, Cockatoos usually cost between $600 to $1500 depending on species, age, level of training, colors, and breeder. Rare species such as Palm Cockatoos can cost upward of $16,000!
Petco does do grooming, not sure if they bathe cats. I would give them a call to see. They do offer some fantastic services for our furry family members.
