Service intake was in a clean modern facility. After driving in was immediately greeted and service invoice written up and discussed. Agent remembered me from visit nearly three years earlier. Car was ready when promised and had been washed and cleaned. Very pleasant and professional experience. A minor criticism of a new facility is that for those waiting for service completion, the customer area could be a bit more luxurious.

I always dread the process of buying a new car. The haggling/negotiating, the sitting and waiting, and sometimes, a sales man that doesn’t know his/her product. None of that was the case with Audi Owings Mills! My sales man, Vincent, was relatable, knowledgeable and very polite. He was an Audi sales man that actually owns and loves the Audi product. He made the experience less stressful with his constant communication and his calm and friends demeanor. The finance manager was polite, understanding, and helpful. She ensured I understood the terms of my loan, helped ensure I got an extended warranty, and a payment I could afford. In closing, the dealership was beautiful, modern and clean. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great experience, will absolutely purchase from them again in the future!

The appointment was easy to schedule at Audi of Owings Mills and when I arrived a few minutes early they took my car right away. I was there for a recall but asked if they could do the service that was supposed to be next month. Jess was so helpful. Everything was done exactly when he said it would be!! I was so pleased.
