To be fair the Doctor I saw at this office was very nice (hence the 1 star) However the front office staff & lens department is a nightmare to deal with. They rarely answer the phone & if and when they do you're put on hold and disconnected! They set appointments for you on days when they are closed. I've tried to simply pick up my glasses that are paid for, for over 2 1/2 years to no avail! Do yourself a favor and skip the headache, find another Optometrist.

If I could give them no stars I would I went in to get an eye exam and the first girl that called me in didn’t explain she was going to put some eye drops that burn she had poor communication skills and seemed bothered. Then she tried to check my eye pressure with a device that looks like a pen my eyes were still burning so I looked away and she seemed like she was bothered she didn’t explain what she was going to be doing to my eyes before she started. Horrible customer service

If I could enter 0 stars for your rating I would simply from the lack of attention given by your phone receptionist. I called 2 times to make an appointment, the first call went to the operator and second to appointments and both times, after 7 minutes on hold for each station, no one answered and I was disconnected. I hope your phone system is down, because if not you have a very unprofessional staff who dont care about your business and they should all be Fired!
