The sweets from Mithaas are pretty good, but the chaat isn't. I'll still say it's a must visit if you're in New Jersey area.

No offense to other fabulous North Indian specialty restaurants here in the Garden state, but Mithaas is the King of all. We've had very good experience both at the Edison and the Piscataway location and this one is no different. They have a great selection of sweets (Indian desserts), chaat items and main courses. Our most favorite is the Bhel puri which is second to none. The dishes here are really rich and creamy in taste, presented beautifully on the plate and explodes vividly in your mouth. The sweets are the best gifts you can get someone you are visiting as a family. They promptly advise you to finish them within few days as they are made of milk. Their customer service is also pretty decent and prompt. Parking is spacious and can never be a challenge.

I recently came to know about this Mithaas location and glad it's closer than the Edison one. Plenty of seating space, Service was fast and quick. Chats are always good and also loved the Thali. Price is reasonable with decent portion size. IG: journey_man16
