I ignored the poor reviews and went ahead with Alhambra. Terrible, terrible, terrible! Waited all day for my first delivery, called 3 times to "customer service" which can't get anything done because they aren't allowed to call drivers or call branches. Then I checked the delivery online for the 30th time today and it was rescheduled with no notice! Pointless. Cost me money taking the day off for water. Awful. Awful Awful. I'm so angry!

Have been using Alhambra Water now for quite a few years and I had a really good driver for many years that unfortunately got redirected to another route however I was very lucky that I got a great driver his name is Homer and he is fabulous. Super good customer service and I would highly recommend Alhambra Water and if you’re a Costco member it’s even a better deal.

I’ve been getting Alhambra water delivered to my house for majority of my life and then continued service each time I’ve moved within Sacramento. Easy process, on time delivery, quality water. Never had any issues.
