Zero customer service. God forbid you need to find something or someone to help you. Honestly not worth the savings when the amount of time wasted outweighs the benefits. Don't let the ratings fool you. They are very specific about the customers they want to help and are willing to help. It's has a huge selection that's for sure but doesn't mean it's worth to invest in the brand or products would rather go somewhere that being the customer actually matters.

5 stars+ for this company and store!!! A+++++ customer service. Will definitely be back and recommend them to EVERYONE! We are doing a home remodel (which is stressful enough), just bought a patio sliding door and it fell in transit (totally our fault) and half of it broke. UGH. Called them and they said to come back and bring the receipt in and we'll see what we can do. Went straight back to order a replacement door. Nope instead they took the door off another full door in stock and sent me home with a replacement!!! And AT COST. I'm still in shock. THE BEST!!! Kudos to Alex on the phone, and the gentleman who helped me when I got there (sorry I didn't catch your name!). Thank you for taking what was already a stressful day that turned more stressful around. We will now have a door fully installed today and happy relaxed evening because of you!!
