I waited 75 minutes for a 15 minute “cleaning“. The place is dirty. I don’t think the staff said more than a dozen words to me the entire time. There was no warmth or personal touch at all. Save yourself the headache and find another dentist.

The Dentist was very nice and reassuring. She explained everything that she was going to be doing and made me feel confident in her. I felt very nervous going to this appointment because of past experiences I had with a previous Dental Group. I’m very glad that I decided to change to Western Dental just within the past couple of months it’s made all the difference! The office front and back were all very nice and helpful answering questions and letting me know all of my options. On the day of this appointment I was having pain in my foot and my son went in to ask if they had a wheelchair that he could bring me in and they were very accommodating to him and so he was able to get me into the office from the parking lot. This made things much easier for me to get around with limited pain. I was impressed with the way everything was handled and how I was treated.

The whole staff is super nice. They make you feel very comfortable. The only issue I have is with their facility. Corprate does not provide proper maintenance to the exterior or interior of the building. This really degrades the whole experience. If it wasn’t for the excellent staff, I would probably look for a nicer facility.

I came to USA recently with lot dental issues, all my dental issues are resolved with in a month and now I am having healthy teeth . Especially cavities between two molar teeth. Thank you very much Sweeta and Leonor.
