Such an awesome place. Threw a big party here couldn't believe how great the party hosts were. They really set everything up and helped us. We had two amazing hosts and all the kids and adults had an absolute blast!

My kids absolutely love it here. We went on a Saturday, so it was crazy. The back area is reserved for birthday parties and there were at least 3 going on all at once. They have a family pack offer of $60 for 4 ppl, including socks, for one hour. It was a great value. One hour is plenty of time to wear out my 8 and 5yo.

Super fun place, I visited during a private party so not sure how hectic it would be with other people but kids had an amazing time staff was friendly. Great rooms for cool pics, only downside was I was expecting other rooms that you see in the reviews like the Simpson, the cereal one or the teddy bear tunnel but I guess they have to switch it up and what not Here’s two pics, wish I could upload a video I took of the entire place BTW: when you go park close to the Cheesecake Factory and walk INTO THE MALL it’s right there on your right soon as you walk in

It's a fun place to take your kiddos. They have a huge bounce play ground with multiple activities. Theirs some arcades as well, WITH free play, so thats a plus! Then for people that like taking pictures, theirs rooms with different art. Only thing is, if you know your kiddo is not kid friendly, you should go inside the bounce playground to keep an eye on them.

I would try to call them or message them on Facebook to find out. Having gone through the Thomas fire in Ojai, I would not go out to Thousand Oaks unless I had to. I would not have gone to Ojai unless I had to during that fire. It may be really hard to get there and stressful and God forbid there are tons of people needing to leave the area you would be stuck or in the way. Don't go there right now. Reach out to funbox like I advised

Most people spend about an hour, but you are happy to stay as long (or short) as you like! If we want to take pictures at every installation you could easily spend 90 minutes, but if you have younger kids and are pushing a stroller 30-45 minutes might satisfy their attention span. It is all up to you!
We don't have food inside the experience, however we are located next to the food court and tons of great restaurants in the mall that you can dine at before or after your experience. We have timed entry so that you have time to see everything and not be rushed, but weekdays and late afternoon are usually the slowest times when less people are here.

Yes, no worries, it happens all the time. Just catch one of our staff at the entrance and we will fit you into the next available slot. You might have to wait a little bit, but usually its a short wait.
