My favorite fish market in San Francisco! Always great quality, always clean, good prices, staff are friendly and helpful.

Lots of oysters for a good price, usually very fresh as they are kept in water. Lots of reasonably priced seafood.

Not a restaurant, just the best store in this part of the city for fresh seafood. There are a couple other fish stores at this level in sf, maybe one in chinatown and another in the sunset, but this is the best in the mission area. The fish and seafood are globally sourced; this is not the place where they know the fisherman who caught the fish this morning an hour up the coast. That said, even the farmed salmon is quite good here. They also have live crab and Maine lobster and an excellent selection of oysters from both coasts, again on the cheap. Very friendly service. One of my favorite stores.

I love this place! I was first recommended by my director about this place, he said they have the best oysters from west coast to east coast. I finally got a chance to stop by today. Unluckily, there’s no oysters left for today, but they have all kinds of fish, shrimp and live crab available. I bought the crab, shrimp, some clam and salmon. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Crab is fresh and they can kill the crab and clean it for you! They also put ice inside to keep the seafood fresh, which is really thoughtful! Definitely check out this place if you are a seafood lover! Their opening hour for holiday is till 4pm, not 5pm btw.

There is no parking lot you drive around the block to find a spot make sure you pay the meter
All staff had mask on , they have you line outside if there is too many people in the store And hand sanitizer to use.
I don't think they carry capelin fish.
Yes they do and yes open on Thursday
You can buy them at sun fat. Fish heads are great but you can make stock out of just bones, If you wait until friday, they will have Dungeness as well.
Sometimes, so call ahead.
Yes. I don't think it's there all the time, but I've gotten octopus there before.
Call them. Price changes regularly.
This is a market, not a restaurant.
Not sure about king salmon. But all is fresh and salmon is usually $9 to $15 per lb. I'd call and ask.
Yes they do. Both frozen and fresh, they have just about everything you want and it fresh and super clean.
