Called Dean on a Weds, told him how I bought a Maytag washer at Home Depot that had been back ordered for 3 months. Turns out Dean had the exact same washer in stock and he could deliver it the next day . I bought it from Dean, called Home Depot for a refund. Thanks Dean! Also their installer was very professional and did a great job.

Truly the worst customer service. I needed to purchase a new dishwasher and a new washing machine. I was planning on buying from Lowe's but decided to try purchasing at Cherin's since it is my local store and I wanted to support a neighborhood business. On two occassions I called, gave all my information to the sales person, was told I would receive pricing information via email, and never heard back. When I called back the third time to try to get some pricing information, I asked if I could talk to a different sales person the receptionist was shockingly rude. I'll be taking my business to Lowe's (or any other appliance store with a competent / friendly staff)

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from them a few years ago, and it was a good experience. I went back a couple weeks ago to replace my range - I had a $3,000 budget and pretty much knew what I wanted, and since my experience at Cherin's was so good a few years back, there was no need to go anywhere else. If only I could have gotten somebody to look up from their paperwork while they were seated at their desk and give me some sales assistance. I wandered around their very small showroom for 10 minutes without once being greeted or acknowledged. I left the store and dropped $2500 at Lowes about 35 minutes later.

Overall a neutral to not great experience. We got our dishwasher here and the service when we were purchasing was ok but the follow-up was not great. The people who were meant to install our dishwasher called us more than a week after we purchased it even though we called Cherin twice to follow-up. On the second call, the person we worked with was rude to my husband. I'd expect a lot more from customer service with a place like this. We easily could have gone to Lowe's to purchase the same dishwasher at the same price, or less, and would have been treated better. Im unlikely to use them again for future upgrades.
