Yes, they do have extra storage area for boats or rv or any extra vehicles.
It's a senior park and you would have to go talk to manager in office
Few areas for dogs n owners with bench's and disposal bags for quick clean up. Inside dogs are awesome. Hope that helps..

This is an adult mobile home park. No rentals. No rec vehicles...etc
Depends on last sale....thoudand plus or minus...is usual...tough to find an opening here!
