I love the two individuals that work there! They are extremely pleasant and love giving them my business as much as I can or recommending them to my friends or my Karate students. All their products are Okinawa quality and I know they take great pride in their service. I’ve purchased various weapons and uniforms and continue to love their enduring quality. Love spending time and talking with them. I feel like I’m in Okinawa! I believe Shureido is for serious Martial Artist and even for the one’s that are quite not there yet. Dento all the way! What an experience it was. I tried to buy a gift and e-mailed them. I received an email back asking to call them. After several attempts I talked to Emiko. She said their sizes are wrong on the website and e-mailed a size chart. I confirmed the size and called again to give credit card. I e-mailed my address and phone number so that they don't make a mistake. I asked if they can ship right away as this was a gift and send me tracking number. This was Jan 19 and 20. Emailed again on Jan. 30th and she responds back asking to call them to finish my order. I called and she is trying to send me the size of the gi again and asking for credit card and address; And this time the price is different

I feel so bad posting this. Man do I love their Gis and brand. But they unfortunately need someone else managing the customer service and the store. It’s beyond bad. Like frustratingly bad.

Horrible customer service, they are rude and unhelpful. If you want a Shureido gi, try kamikazeweb.com, they are way cheaper and nicer.
