Dupeola made my daughter's experience magical! I don't feel like you get honest opinions on skincare very often (if ever) mostly because of lack of knowledge and time limits on employees, not just sephora but all makeup counters and beauty retailers. This was not the case at this Sephora. First, every employee was approachable and friendly, from the greeter at the front all the way to checkout at the back -we don't see that at our home sephora very often. Dupeola spent the better part of an hour on a color match and skin education for my daughter, she wasn't just full of knowledge and information she made sure that she understood the how and why of every product before she completed her purchase! Thank you so much 🖤 On another note, the store was fully stocked, impeccably clean and the displays were all in working order and sanitary (no smeared product or used applicators laying around).

Not as nice a shopping experience as it used to be.Finding someone to help is a job in itself,while there used to be so many staff about they became a nuisance!Everything is overpriced, there are very few sale items.Ask for samples but be prepared to be treated rudely.

I had theeee best experience at this location! I am a Sephora connoisseur and know and love good service when I get it. First off if you visit here ask for Tony! Tony made me feel like a million bucks and educated me on a brand (Rose Inc) that I was not familiar with. Also, shout out to the cashier who made sure that I used my discounts and cheered on each product she rang up. It’s this type of enthusiasm and customer service that just makes people feel good. Good job Sephora on Powell Street in San Fran. I am scheduled to leave town tomorrow but actually thinking of going back to get a few more items.

The staff here are very knowledgeable trust Me. Had acne, gone for a bunch of facials and got products including some acne pads nothing seem to have really improved My skin. Came here & a gentleman advised Me to buy a cleansing oil-in balm, and a glow pad. It changed My face forever😍😍😍Now I am hooked.
