Appointment at 10. Called in for x-rays at 10:40. Waited another 40 minutes in the treatment area for my cleaning, then told there was one dentist still with another patient and there was another patient after them, at which point I decided to leave. Just like other reviews indicate, appointment time means virtually nothing here. I took time off of work and paid for parking downtown for absolutely nothing. I imagine they overbook in anticipation of losing patients who actually see the inside of their facilities. The treatment area is just one big room, like a hair salon, where you can see other patients getting their cleanings. Kind of gross, especially in COVID times. Maintenance guy walking around with his mask under his nose. Zero ventilation. Obviously, we're switching dentists.

Horrible experience, don’t come here, go to La Amistad Dental instead or any other at this point is better than here. While I waited 1 hour with my mom for her appointment that was suppose to be at a specific time, the small lobby had over 15 people waiting as well. A women came out crying after her service, bleeding from her mouth, she said they treated her with very poor professionalism and not 1 person from the staff bothered to ask her if she was okay or how they could help her. A gentleman who had been waiting for over 2 hours was told he had to wait another hour to get his X-rays taken. The front end ladies are very rude and not helpful at all with Spanish speaking community, and the lobby is dirty. DO NOT COME HERE.
