Cannot begin to express how happy and pleased we are with the service and help we received from "Dr. Dave". My computer died and I thought all was lost. Called the "Doctor" and he sent Matt out within 48 hours. Things didn't look good BUT they were able to retrieve Everything from our hard drive and get me up and running on the new computer. You will not be disappointed with the personal care and help you receive. Would actually give them a double five star rating Merv and Betty

Dr. Dave made a house call (or "mouse" call) to retrieve data from an old computer and then transfer that data and set up our new computer. The technician was friendly and efficient and made sure everything was set up according to our preferences and functioning the way we liked. Great service for a very reasonable fee (which included travel from Lawrence to our small town).

Dr Dave is the go to guy software problems. We have used them twice and they quickly solved our problems. The last time the came to the house and set up a wireless printer. they were quick and economical. Problems give them a call
