I love my new car and I’m very grateful for the wonderful service I received at Lexus of Marin. Juan Sanchez was my salesperson and I found him to be very helpful and eager to make sure my buying experience was as trouble free as possible. I think he went out of his way to make sure I was happy when I drove away in my new car. Additionally, I want to give a shout out to Brandon in financing. I had been looking for a car for months, I had only been able to come across some really old, & high mileage cars. I was fortunate enough to be able to get in touch with the manager of Lexus Marin and within 2 days I was able to secure a car better than anything I had previously come across, and with very low mileage! The customer service was truly above and beyond, I cannot stress how they made this whole process fast and easy, & and for a price I could have only dreamed of. If you need a car, Lexus Marin is the place to go! They do EXCELLENT business!

My husband purchased a vehicle from them and paid for the platinum warranty package which obviously means nothing because they claim this is "normal" wear on the tires and nothing is wrong with the vehicle. There's plenty of tread of the tires except for the inside edge that can not be seen unless you look under the vehicle. The one tire blew with our family in the car going to the coast. Very scary and I just can't believe they won't honor the warranty or take care of their customers. Save yourself some money go to craigslist. If you do buy here skip warranty as it will only get the run around. I get it tires aren't covered but something definitely isn't right with the car. Never had a car wear tires like this. It's definitely not normal

Went into Lexus of Marin thinking I’d buy a red LC 500 sports coupe. Immediately saw a beautiful gray LS 500 and as soon as the salesman, Lionel, sat me in this more age-appropriate car I knew I was bringing it home. The whole process, from test drive to the driving it off the lot, took only about two hours. Lionel was an able instructor in the mysteries (to me) of modern automotive electronics and Jennifer was a wizard of paperwork. Good place, great people and, of course, excellent car.
