I hadn't been there since the location went from Pacific Tires to Big O Tires. You can imagine my surprise because I did business with Pacific for thirty years or so. Phil and Frank were like family, busy, but like family. But, I must say, Anthony Guerra and the gang made me feel welcome, double-checked the right size and make of the tires I needed and after checking ( where they presented me with the printout of the check/inspection) determined that I did, indeed need an alignment. My new tires and the accompanying alignment drives beautifully. I think I will continue being a happy and satisfied customer at the same location, but with a different name, while Anthony and I begin a long, collegial, business relationship. Solari Jenkins

Excellent customer service from start to finish! I was a walk-in around 1pm and they took care of my tire issues right away. Waiting area clean with a nice breeze flowing through the space. A special thanks to Caroline D, Anthony G(desk) and Johnathan G(tech) for your fast and friendly service.😊

The sale representatives were very knowledgeable . They provided good advice based on my needs. The price was reasonable for product and services. I do have an issue with the way they treat return customers. For relatively small service like repair of flat tire, the wait time was unreasonable. One return customer waited three hours for tire repair. I know this because I was there with the customer while for my purchase of new tires to be Installed. Better priority service would be nice based on need and if a returning customer.
