My husband and I have been going here for many years. We just love our doctors. However, my husband was not feeling well and we went to urgent care and they said they didn’t have room for a walk in. There were 5 people sitting in the waiting room which a few were together as we could tell. I am very disappointed in their practices. I will never go their urgent care again. Online they said there was a 77 minute walk in wait at which time it was 4:30 and they were open until 8:00pm. What kind of Urgent care doesn’t take walk-ins!! 😡😡👍👍

There are some great Doctors there. However, the business end of things is horribly run. Dr Mirza is a good Doctor, but his office is the absolute worst at returning calls. So bad lately that, after 15 years of seeing him I will probably change Doctors. Slocum Dickson overall leaves a lot to be desired.

40 min wait to see doc, some people wear mask below nose. Many do not adhere to 6ft away seating . But besides that I love doctor Raja endocrinologist best in the area!!! And...I am very picky about who is my physician.

I was just kicked out of my doctors office by letter and the reason she gave was because I wouldn’t listen and follow her directions to MY care! I actually did everything she asked of me with no questions, my concern is Kathleen garbooshian feeling like her opinion is higher than her patients! We don’t need to do exactly as our doctors ask if we feel we could take a different route in our care! So patients should comply to whatever a doctor says or we don’t have a doctor? Is that even legal or fair? She then tells me I urgently need a new doctor because of my health condition yet you kicked me out without a care to my health because of what reason? You claim I wouldn’t do what you asked me to do!!?? now the fact she can lie and throw people out and leave them in a bad state of health shows the type of provider she is! I recommend you stay out of this office and all departments and fair away from Garbooshian!

There is an office for medical misconduct in Albany. You can Google it and there is an address and phone number.
All practices at SDMG have 24/7 call coverage. It may not be your doctor that answers, but all records are accessable to the on call and your doctor. Urgent care is also available everyday. Whether urgent care is open or closed is posted on SDMG.com as well as usual hours and holiday hours.
