Pumpernickel's never fails to disappoint. They have an enormous variety of sandwiches and dinners. And somehow, everytime I go, the food always tastes fresh and delicious, which makes it my go-to sandwich place. At my recent visit, I got a Baked Haddock with a baked potato. It was delicious and I had plenty of leftovers.

My husband & I went for his birthday lunch, we went last year for his bday dinner, and it was very good. Not so this time. The quality was definitely lacking, we were both very disappointed.

This is another place im hesitant to tell about, cuz its so good im worried ill never get a seat again, lol. My Grandma, Aunt, and Mom all liked this place, and so ive come over the years with my own wife and kids. The service is always brisk, efficient, and cheerful. The food is great. I always get a Reuben, cuz they make the best in the area. They had Saranac (local brand!) Pumpkin Ale, on tap! I cant even find it in the stores. As usual, we brought some home. Prices are reasonable. A good old fashioned family run restaurant. :)
