Today my boyfriend, my one year old son and I went to the restaurant. We were waiting at the reception, the hostess asked a waitress to take us to the table, and from that first moment the waitress had a bad attitude with us. When she started taking the order she was very rude so my boyfriend had to get up and go find the manager. Meanwhile, she kept asking me in a bad way, with a haughty voice, a bad face and obvious body expressions of displeasure. At that moment, all I wanted was to get out of there. I felt so angry and sad at the same time. I've never been treated that way. Ruined a happy day with my family. Personally, I had been depressed the last few days and this was a good opportunity to get out of the house and have a good time. We had gone to eat last week, and we realized that they accommodate people according to their race or skin color in different sections. But the treatment of the waitress that day was so attentive and friendly that we overlooked the fact. Anyway, today we changed the table and the waitress, who this time was very friendly but it was not the same, the spirits were low and the hunger was gone, so we ended up ordering the food to go. Of course they charged us, but not before giving us a tiramisu as an apology. When we left the place, my cousin, who knew what had happened, had already arrived and demanded an apology from the waitress. The manager (which by the way was not the manager with whom we had already spoken), sent for the waitress who hypocritically apologized and we finally left. I believe that people like this are not trained to deal with customers, and if they have this type of problem, it is better for them to look for another type of job.

Ordered a shrimp scampi. There was at least a pound of cooked pasta with 5 shrimp, a few pieces of asparagus, and a sprinkling of chopped tomato. What a disappointment. Not worth the drive nor the money. Also, the soup was very watery. Talk about cutting back. It's not going to bring your customers back to eat!

Josh Clark made our experience awesome! We are visiting from out of town and went to the Olive Garden on Wannamaker in Topeka. Excellent customer service. Food was served warm, wine kept chilled, salad with extra olives (yummy). Will be back before we head home again for sure. Thank you Josh. Your what Excellence in Customer Service is about.
