This internet service is OK…. Two years ago when I signed up I got this big hoopla story about how this is a coop and each “member” earns points, payed out at the end of the year. The big secret is who the points/credits/monies are paid out to … not the customers but a special interest group. Big sack of lies!!!!

They make me miss Midco! So much more expensive for HALF of what I got through Midco, The one tech I have interact with did not inspire confidence in competence. The arrangement of equipment necessary is clunky. On top of having the their router you have to have a "battery backup" unit just to use it. I dont even have internet yet after starting service last week. They blame my, new, router as the cause. The two stars are solely because of the customer service woman Vanessa I have primarily interacted with. I hope Midco starts service here soon.
