Service department refused to work on my 2019 civic EX that I purchased here, that’s been having issues with the 1.5t turbo underboosting leading to poor acceleration (the slow turbo boost/spooling nearly got me in a serious accident quite a few times due to the slow throttle response and exaggerated turbo lag), air leaking sounds coming from the engine bay, and it will sometimes stall if you accelerate to high speed too quickly, and a check engine light throwing a p0299 code. It’s been acting up since I got it 2 months ago, but it’s gotten worse over time, and not because of some louder exhaust lol..I even have the Zurich warranty that they gimmicked me Into getting with my car as well. But they still refused to work on it because I had an “aftermarket modification” on my car, which is just a simple catback exhaust system that literally does nothing to the car but add sound, and some aesthetic mods. Will not buy another car from here. I may even go lemon lawsuit. If the condition of the car worsens.

Absolutely great staff, very reliable staff on what’s available and what’s not . With all the headaches with car shortages and dealerships I finally came to Honda city . Should have just went here first !!!! Me. zinc & Mike D were very helpful , the process was fast . I had the best experience here. I would highly recommend them

It’s almost a shame I had to take her out in this snowy weather! Grey beauty (my previous 2019 CR-V lease from Honda City) was amazing and I loved her dearly. We had many memories and travels and she served me well. But now, Mz. Cherry is here. She’s upgraded with a few more features and bells and whistles. With the current state of the world we had to get what was available. I initially wasn’t sure on the red color, but it’s safe to say I do love it! I can’t wait to see where she takes us over the next three years with her heated seats, push to start, touch screen and more! As always, these things don’t just happen without a great sales man Mark Walker and a great dealership Honda City of Liverpool! Always easy, friendly, professional, affordable and quick! They do not service any Honda equipment or vehicles other than cars, trucks and SUV's.
It all depends on the service you're wanting done I could be wrong but I think it's $80-$100 per hour that's the rate at most shops. It depends what your having done the book can call for an 1hr to do some things and 2.5 hours to do others
