Everytime I seem to go there after 8pm, the employees act like the customer is an inconvenience. I always have to repeat myself 3x. They should invest in better headsets I guess... Food is 50/50. Tonight was not soo good. Fries unsalted and floppy and Hamburg was old..don't know who manages this place, but they should get some good help

They usually get my order right everytime and I never have to come back. The negatives are the wait time for delivering, the rude or lack of happiness from the people with headsets when using the drive thru, and the closing of inside doors too early and not accepting credit cards at night because they closed the machine half an hour early. Overall, the inside ordering and customer service when you walk in is great, drive thru is disappointing.

It wasn't that busy here and I was in the drive thru line for 39 minutes; 11 of those minutes were from window 1 to window 2 with only one car ahead of me. All I ordered was an iced tea. Thirty nine minutes to get a drink when I was dehydrated. The gal at the first window was verrrry slow and kept messing around on her phone before she opened the window. Rest of the staff at the second window appeared to be moving very slow and lazily too. You cannot call this location a "fast food" restaurant. It would have been quicker for me to go to Applebees nextdoor.

Very clean with a unique, pleasing decor. UPDATE: Previous 5⭐️ rating withdrawn! This location's food portion size has gone downhill drastically, most notably the hamburger patties - conversely, their prices continue to climb rapidly! I had originally thought that this was a franchise-wide trend, until I visited another McDonalds restaurant in my area and another while on a road trip. Turns out this store is shady af. Like insanely shady. The hamburger patties look as though someone has butterfly-sliced them through the center and then proceeded to trim off the edges! Not only do you have to contend with paper-thin "meat", but saying the customer service is below par would be an understatement. There is always something missing from every order, but I guarantee they didn't forget to charge you for it. My last soft drink order was only 2/3 full when handed out to me through the drive thru window. When I was finally able to gain the associate's attention I was told that they "have no control over the amount dispensed and that putting it back under would create a mess and wasn't allowed". (Have you ever heard something so outrageous that you physically squint to make sure you heard it correctly?? Yeah, that was me.) Annoyed and in complete awe of the ridiculousness unfolding via the disrespectfully prosed face of disbelief at MY apparent ignorance, I handed the cup back and asked for at least some ice to fill it out. With scowl and hissy sigh the associate snatched the cup and proceeded to shove it against the automatic lever under the ice dispenser. Now, although my soft drink now had zero carbonation left from that brilliant maneuver, at least I had the satisfaction of witnessing the inherent mess that was caused by nothing more than a drive thru worker on a power trip! I will not be returning.
