No you have to go into the housing authority
It's like pulling teeth around here in Salina just for looking for a place to rent to section eight housing.
I know that if you move someone in with u without letting them know you can get in trouble because the person has to get a background check done first. Then you could end up loosing your house.
You can ask them about it but unless you are under contract with the Housing Authority you may have to file suit in city court to gain release from your rental contact.
