I’d give them a zero if allowed. I sent them 2 shirts, a jacket and a pair of pants. I had to go back over six times to finally get the patch placement properly set. I was treated like I was in the wrong after they put the patches on incorrectly and then the store manager, Courtney Clark, had the audacity to call my post and complain about me for being “rude” after I told her employee that if it were up to me we wouldn’t use them for our uniform needs. Get it right the first time (or the first six times) and then maybe I might not have been upset as a customer. Courtney is quite rude and extremely unprofessional. It’s apparent her daddy owns the store and she acts like she does no wrong! The seamstress on the other hand, quite sweet! In my opinion, keep the seamstress and get a new manager if your business is to survive!

Grear service! I work for University of Kansas Hospital and they care for our uniform embroidery. The service took 3 weeks due to COVID 19 delays. The owner warned me of this so that was appreciated. Upon my order being completed I got a friendly and courteous call. Great family business! It's to see when young people take pride in the family business and really show they care for their customers. They also offer great pricing on scrubs. I will be getting my next sets here!

Small store, kind of limited selection. They only had one kind of restaurant-style shoe, which was a little disappointing. They did have a wide variety of restaurant and nursing uniforms with plenty of sizes and colors. They also had other kinds of uniforms, but we did not really look at them. We did get the pants we needed pretty easily. I would go again for uniform needs, but would not go for shoes.

Well stocked, and the customer service is super friendly. Stayed open for me 15 mins beyond closing time. That's commitment!
