Amazing, every time. Little mom and pop shop, they will take care of you. They have several bolts of fabric especially cotton but they have other kinds like flannel too. Best selection on thread and esp serger thread. Also has every kind of interfacing you need. Need help on a project? Sue's got you covered. Need help on your machine? Sue and Matt can both help, but Matt usually does it since Sue is so busy. Helped me immensely on a project involving 60 napkins for a baby shower.

Matt and his wife take great care of their customers. He keeps my sewing machine tuned up and she is so helpful with anything related to quilting. They stock a very nice selection of fabric and supplies.

My mom bought this sewing machine in the 1970's. The last time I had it serviced was in 1997 at Al's Vac & Sew. It runs perfectly everytime I use it!

Matt seems to be able to work on most models, give them a call
Matt, our Master Sewing Machine expert, has worked and serviced the Pfaff 130 sewing machine. He says that it can be serviced, it is and older machine, and if it needed any parts we would be in trouble as they are no longer available. It is easiest if you could bring the machine in so he could look at it for you, estimates are free. Hope you have a great day!
No, the only thing we can do on the Bissel Pet Pro Heat 2x Revolution is change belts and clean the brushroll. We are unable to get parts required for repairs.
All estimates on what a repair would cost are free.
Yes, at this time we are offering 1 on 1 lessons for 1/2 hour for $15.00. Lessons are by appointment. You can call (661)940-9393. Thank you.
We offer one on one classes for folks who want to learn how to sew or learn how to use their machine, the fee is $30 per hour. Those who are more familiar with their machines and some sewing come to our "Do what you want" class or our "UFO class (unfinished objects)" for $15 and $10 respectively. We also have a sewing club that meets once a month with different projects for $40 per year, but sewing knowledge is needed. If you have any questions, please call Sue at (661)940-9393.
We are an Authorized Sewing machine dealer for Babylock and Janome. Babylock and Brother are manufactured in the same factory, so we have all the parts that the machine would need with the exception of circuit boards and software. We do have a Brother dealer that will sell us the necessary parts we need on occasion for our Brother customers. Hope this helps, hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving!
Unfortunately no. We are not able to get the parts required for repairs as Roomba won't release them to independent vacuum shops like us. You will have to contact Roomba directly and they will let you know where the nearest service center is to your location. Wish we could be of better assistance to you. Hope you have a great day.
We are not a Bissell warranty center and can not get parts for them other than some belts. Drew's in Palmdale is a Bissell warranty center, so they can help you better than we can. Hope you have a great day! Merry Christmas!
I think they do.
