Generally, at least the livestock auctions I attend, once you purchase an animal it's your responsibility. You would need to set up a kill date (can be quite a wait) with the butcher and arrange transportation to that facility.

You have to be there quite early, definitely by 6am to get a (good) spot if you are selling. I would recommend even earlier. They are done by noon.

Yes they are.. They start the auction for misc items about 10 am. The livestock auction starts at 2 pm. Earlier before the .morning auction there are people selling in the parking lot.

Yes, they do have horses from time to time. You would have to see what they have on any given Monday. If they had them that day, the horses would go at 2, when they start back up before all if the calves and cattle.
