My mother was a resident here for four years, I was her live- in caregiver, when the new manager Jillian came that was how things really went down hill, wish we had moved out the year before she arrived, she railroaded us out of over 800 dollars, she is rude, and a TERRIBLE PERSON, GET OUT NOW WHILE YOU CAN!!!!!! if you have any common sense don't let your loved ones move into this place, she pulls the wool over your eyes

I have come here more than once and the manager, Jill/Jillian, is completely unprofessional and rude. If she were no longer employed, I believe it would be better. I’ve never had a worse experience in my life. DO NOT go here if you do not need to.
