Well it's not as bad as they say.I have a place to live, that I can finally afford. Maintenance is courtesy. They have minor issues when it come to repairs but they're slowly working on it. I Love my place

They like to go in your Bank account and take extra money and they like to charge you extra rent they make lots of mistakes and think I have to pay for they mistakes I need a lawyer I need to lawyer from housing to meet with me because how is this Lady working for housing and she keep making mistakes for 2 year's and I'm not the only one it need to be a investigation on this woman that works in account .

Unfortunately Binghamton Housing doesn't have anything out that way but I would suggest to call Office Of Aging and they have a listing for all the senior housing units in Broome County. I don't have their phone number on me but if you look in the government pages of the phone book under Broome Co. or Google Broome County Office of Aging you get their phone number. I hope this helps.
I Believe Binghamton housing to be the cleanest and best housing development in the area. Electric is included.
