When I go to Mack Hardware I ALWAYS know that I will be treated like I am the only person in the store. The personalized customer service is so far beyond anything you would ever experience at the box stores. I can always count on complete honesty and be able to talk to the employees about diy options before having to purchase a new item. I have somehow adopted Steve there as my 'go to' person - he is very familiar with their products having been there so long. I can easily access him on the phone when I have questions before I get out and about and can always count on his amazing help. The store is fun to browse as well, much like a general store in many ways. I find the prices most reasonable. Thank you Mack Hardware for being there for our community! Other stores should pay attention. :-)
