I have been here a couple times, and the owners are always friendly! I like their vegan breakfast sandwich, though it was a bit on the spicy side today. They have cookies, desserts, smoothies, fresh pressed juice, chips, and other miscellaneous items. They also have some outdoor seating. Be mindful that there is an additional charge for cheese and some other condiments that you will be asked if you want added to your sandwiches. They do not make customers aware in advance that these things are an additional cost. Texts are sent when customers' meals are ready. The way that it mentioned after every order, sometimes feels as if they do not want customers waiting in the cafe (maybe because none of them are wearing masks🤷🏿‍♀️). They are not open on Monday, Tuesday, or when they have a catered event.

I definitely plan on coming back to this place. The people were very friendly, and you could tell that they genuinely kind and helpful! The food was great, and the place was very clean and nice!

My husband took me here for a birthday breakfast yesterday and I'm so glad we decided to try something new because we really enjoyed ourselves! Luckily the weather was warm enough that we could eat outside. The food was delicious (we got a breakfast sandwich and a wrap, and one of the organic juices). Not sure if it was the owner we interacted with, but they were super friendly, which made it all in all a really great experience. :) They also sell art from local artists (at really reasonable prices), so definitely check them out!!! We'll be going back for sure.

I love Java cafe! I started coming for the smoothies, but I love the breakfast and freshly made cold pressed juices and lemonades, and most importantly the wellness products. I buy the seamoss gel that the owner makes, along with other products like black seed oil, elderberry, ginger shots, loose teas, and turmeric. If you catch them when they’re fully stocked, there are even more products. It’s so great being able to go to local black owned spot that values wellness and makes the products easily accessible to the community! If that’s not enough, the couple that owns the shop are genuinely friendly and kind. Great customer service. I love stopping in weekly!
