My family had purchased an event tent for The weekend. The company came to set up the tent 6 hours late, then came A DAY EARLY (the day of the event) to pick it up early due to “not having staff to pick it up the next day.” The workers expressed that they’ve had to take tents prematurely from many other customers. The owner (BRUCE WANAMAKER) of the company refused to refund the money and refused to acknowledge that breaking a contract without refunding money is unethical. An hung up on every person involved in the event who called to complain. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

They delivered the tent half a day late and picked up the tent a whole day early despite the contract agreement. When I called to enquire about the discrepancy of actual rental time vs money already paid, I was hung up on by the owner Bruce. I am shocked and saddened by the unprofessional conduct of the company’s owner. Please do not conduct business with this company.

Dont know anything about their propane, though their Dingo rentals and post hole digger options are priced very reasonably and they do a good job helping you get the equipment loaded.
Their prices are very reasonable. If you call them, they will work with your needs and the staff is wonderful to work with.
