At the Wendy’s in White Oak, PA I had to ask if anyone was there at the order kiosk. Person that takes the money had his head down, I thought he was taking a nap. My bill came to $3.20 for a large chocolate frosty. I gave him $10.25. Change would be $7.05. Instead of handing me the $7 and then the nickel separately, he handed it to me all to me at once. Nickel fell on the ground under my car, I’d guess. I did not get an apology. He just looked annoyed when I mentioned it. Just like it was no big deal! Being 80, I know nickels add up. Very bad attitude on employee’s part. This Wendy’s customer service is about as low as it has ever been. As far as I’m concerned, I will not be returning g to this Wendy’s. Now, the Wendy’s in beaver, PA is great! People can’t fo enough for you even when going through the drive-in window.

Inside is always closed. No notice on door letting customers know. You have to get out your car to find out. Make sure you check your order before leaving, missing items. Gave 4 stars because employees are really friendly and it just seems that they are short staffed and over worked.

Ordered egg cheese biscuit and received bacon cheese biscuit. Didn't have time to go back thru drive thru on the way to work. Phone was off the hook so I couldn't even talk to a manager at 640 am. Also was charged for a bacon egg cheese biscuit that is almost 4 dollars when the egg cheese biscuit is half the price.

The food was fine, however when we ordered 3 frosties we waited for the receipt but the cashier walked away while we asked. After a few minutes was there something else we advised the receipt which they then gave us, we received the frosties and left but in the car realized that the frosties were more like cool chocolate cream we ended up throwing them away. Pretty sure they knew they sold them like that because they were very light cups as if almost empty.
