It’s sad to say this is my first negative review and I’m not the type to leave one but I feel inclined to. I have tried giving this place multiple chances but each time is a disappointment. I have worked in the beauty industry for 13 years and the way they treat their clients is very unprofessional and not welcoming at all, very cold. Decided to bring my mom in for her birthday. Paid $129/hr for a deep tissue massage and $35 for 30 minutes in the steam room. NO ONE came to tell her the steam room was ready. She had to go upstairs to ask if her room was ready. When my mom told the receptionist she only got 15 minutes in the steam room, receptionist only shrugged and looked away. Another incident took place when I stood in the hallway waiting for my massage, the massage therapist came out of my mom’s room and made a rude comment not realizing I was her daughter. It made me instantly uncomfortable for when I was getting ready for my massage. These were not the only two incidents. Please save your money and go somewhere else.
