Absolutely amazing. You must go and see Tricia. The best back/shoulder/neck massage sessions I have ever had. She’s so great I signed up for the monthly membership! Facilities are also top notch. Always clean and peaceful.

Wonderfully relaxing and incredibly luxurious. My facial with Lala was one of the very best I've ever had amd I already booked my next appointment with her. Atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Snacks and water in waiting room. The hot tubs are a wonderful addition to any treatment and I will certainly take advantage of them again next time!

It's not a luxury spa at all. Husband and I are avid spa goers this place couldn't be anything more than gross. Immediately noticed oil, dirt, and dust along all the walls and doors. Diffusers placed throughout the spa, masking up the foul smell. Floors and carpet were extremely filthy. Husband said men's locker room had urine on the floor. Showers in the women's locker room have mold, mildew, and chipping tile. Robes are ripped, stained, stinky, and have a sticky feeling. The sheets and blanket on the massage table were like the robes.I asked the massage therapist if it was clean, and she responded it had been washed. The hamper is lined with a trash can to place your clothes in. Oily hand prints and grime build up in the massage room. The European bath area had visible dust and dirt cleary hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The dining area was disappointing the chairs, and table cloth were stained and a pvc pipe sticking out of the wall. One of the worst spas we've visited.
