For the last four months, they have been as slow as molasses flowing uphill. The woman at the front that diects traffic is the rudest.

Horrible customer service. Waited to be answered multiple times and was simply hung up on when it was my turn. Ignored calls ON PURPOSE.

I signed up in the Q online. It kept me up to date on expected time and got me in over 2 hours quicker than original estimated time. I was there UNDER 10 minutes. They are very well set up for health safety!!!! I am so pleased!!

If you call, be prepared to be talked to like you just stole their car or something. I just asked how late the Annex was open... instead of just telling me, she says "THAT INFORMATION IS ONLINE, WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST LOOK IT UP?" ...I said "Well, I'm driving and i thought it would be a bad idea to start searching the internet while driving a car"... She said "WHATEVER, WERE OPEN TIL 430, NO TITLE WORK AFTER 4!!!" and hung up!!! The annex itself was very quick ... I got in and out in less than 10 minutes.

You'll need to come into the office the first time to renew or call in and get the amount owed in Shawnee County and then submit through the mail.
Turn it into the Treasurer Office and they can handle it from there.
Yes you can. They will charge a 2.5% rate if you use a credit or debit card.
Awesome Q
Can you make an appointment
You may go ahead and send it in at any time.
No one can tell you that accurately. Only the state tag office.

With a Doctors RX and never leave the Placard where people can reach in and take it as they are valuable to some people besides you. You may not be able to get a replacement without a court order.
County Treasurer web site with the VIN or call them. Years ago about 1975 I was getting my tags and next to me was a man getting tags. He had a 1938 Rolls Royce and the clerk could not find the car in the blue book so she asked him what was the car worth. He said "O' ABOUT $5,000.00" I would guess it was worth at least $15,000.oo. Rita Klin was Treasurer and you should have a dealer to call as to what a vehicle is worth if it is not in the blue Book.
Call the Treasurer with the vehicle VIN or write a letter.
You do not want to know!
