Item was eventually picked up over a week late. . Scheduled a large item pick up last and paid even though we are supposed to get 1 free pick up per year. No show on the pick up day last Friday, called every day, assured it will be picked up. 3 more week days passing and it's still laying in the driveway. Today's telephone exchange initially said I didn't pay, then back tracked to recruit a manager who never got on the phone. Finally, I was told the service is by a third party and they are behind. Unacceptable level of knowledge and service but happy to take your money. I would rate zero stars if possible.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had WM at a previous address and canceled due to our trash not being picked up for 4 weeks in a row, even after calling. We moved a month ago and were extremely disappointed to find out that through our HOA we has WM again, but figured we didn’t have an option to change so we would deal with it. In the short month we have lived here they missed our yard waste two weeks in a row. Most recently, I called last week to schedule our annual bulk pick up for Tuesday 7/26 and it wasn’t picked up. When I called on the afternoon of 7/26 to see if they were coming, the representative said that someone changed it to Monday 8/1 (even though pick up is only Tuesday through Friday). They then changed it to Tuesday 7/27. When the items hadn’t been picked up by 2pm, I called to confirm that they would be picked up still and the representative said they would be by 6pm. Of course they were not so we pulled the items back inside. I called this morning 7/28, and the representative said she’d out in a request for today but they had until end of business day tomorrow to be picked up. I explained that it couldn’t be today because the items were no longer outside due to them not providing the service and she said she’s put in the request for tomorrow but that they then had until end of business day Monday to be picked up. Completely unacceptable in my mind to potentially have the items sit out until Monday for a service that was supposed to be the previous week. I just got off the phone where the representative said they confirmed it will be tomorrow, but at this point I highly doubt it.

Finally fed up.... About to start looking for someone else to provide service. My trash and recycling almost always get picked up without any issues but for at least the last 8 weeks there has been ZERO pick ups for my yard waste. The bags sit and sit and sit until the bags break and I have to rebag... Occasionally the other trash company in my neighborhood picks them up by mistake. The part that is infuriating is that when I call in to report that the yard waste bags need to be picked up almost always I'm told "we are reporting that your yard waste was picked up on X date at X time"... I'm thinking 'are you really think I'm gonna call in to lie about yard waste not getting picked up'? If you are not going to pick up yard waste just say it and I'll find another solution and/or change service. Otherwise quit lying to the customer and making them annoyed.

EPIC FAIL in picking up my yard waste! 6 weeks of no pickup. Repeated calls and promises. Due to wet weather had to rebag it several times and of course it was rotting in the bags. Stained the driveway and was just unsightly but since they kept promising to come get it, it sat out there for the entire 6 weeks! I finally stood outside and had trash truck take it in lieu of waiting for non existent yard waste truck!
