7/9/22 I waited 2 hours to see a provider after the online wait time stated 7 minutes. I walked out after 2 hours and had to read a note from nurse, Jesse D, that stated patient was upset and left. The staff was talking and laughing and preparing lunch while I waited and waited and waited. I will never use urgent care again - they don’t do anything urgently.

The intake nurse could use a happy pill but everyone else was extremely pleasant. Update::: I went twice. I was misdiagnosed both times. Luckily I got into a dermatologist when I did because the medication I was prescribed actually made it worse. In addition, the shot they gave me was ‘not what I would have used’ according to my dermatologist. I will never go here again!

I haven't been to a doctor in a long time and Sophia, at the check-in desk was so kind, efficient and helpful. She made me feel right at home and very comfortable. She was so patient and kind, helping me with everything, but not making me feel stupid while she did it. Such a lovely and kind person! I would recommend KUMedCenter West to anyone.

Very slow and unprofessional ppl at the desk waited 1.5 hours for a DOT test However, the test is simple. I completed the test in less than 10 minutes. A medical institution needs too work on having "great" service, and learn how too speed up the presses why I decided to give it one star.
