Worst experience ever employees either didn’t know where items were or looked other way and acted to busy to help. Finally found everything I needed went to self checkout it wouldn’t work Called for employee to help waited 10 minutes no one showed up walked down to checkout with cashier one item was marked 79.99 they tried charging me 159.99 told them item was 79.99 called for price ck still tried to charge twice price posted toke employees to display showed them he removed price sticker while I watched refused to honor price posted told me to leave store walked to customer service desk asked to talk to manager employee came back said that they were not honoring price ask for management again was told to leave the store drove to menards down street bought exact same items except for the drill got a better quality drill for less walked out spending 80 dollars less than Home Depot tried to charge me employees were very helpful showed me items I was looking for. And stayed with me to answering my questions. Thank you menards shopped Home Depot for 30 years. Will never return. Menards is cheaper better quality help willing to answer questions. I had never been there before now they have my business for life. Home Depot at least at this location was worst experience I have ever had. MENARDS IS WERE I SHOP NOW

Find a lot of things here. I found bird netting and shade cloth here. Wouldn't buy their lumber. A lot of it isn't straight. Takes forever to find just 1 good 2x4

I go to one home Depot or another every day. I think, like every home Depot, the part-time retired guys they hire know what time it is. They're often a real big help. Everybody else is like a box of chocolates. Never know if they'll be any help or not.

Customer service at the location is bad. I'd say rude, as well. Organization is bad. Inventory is damaged due to goofy handling. Packages are damaged in inventory and attempted to be passed onto customers. Staff seems oblivious at times, like they're in the wrong store. Overall, just a bad version of an otherwise good business. Shop Topeka or Kansas City for the peace of mind.
