Peaceful mountain campground, built into side of mountain, .6 miles off AT, showers, toilets, water, many choices of camping in three season wood tree houses with bunks, fully enclosed cabins, awesome after hour check in service. Wonderful sunsets since you face west. 15 min to harpers ferry by car, about 3 hrs by way of the AT. Caretakers keep it clean, peaceful and welcoming.

Clean cabin and bathrooms. Cabin had bunks with mattresses, wood stove for cold nights, and picnic table. Close to AT. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay warm and dry. Family friendly. Highly recommend!

So. Much. Fun!!!!!!! The owners are SUPER friendly and go out of their way for anything! We forgot foil and they went and got us some! The bathrooms were cozy, toasty and clean. The cabins were warm comfortable and the VIEWS! The best part is how quiet it is. We wanted a weekend to unwind and restart away from all the craziness and that's just what we got. Everyone's super considerate. The hikes surrounding the camp site are beautiful & lots of pet friendly restaurants too. We had both dogs and there was at least 10 food places near that allowed dogs. But we cooked out majority of the time with the nice grills they have for each site. Day one we decided this will be a yearly get away for us and we even are planning to get the surrounding two cabins for our siblings and their kids, so we can all have a camping trip together. Highly recommend, and it's family owned. What a better place to vacation at!

Such a lovely way to camp! We opted for the tree cottage instead of fussing with a tent, and we loved it! My beloved has been there several times but this was my first time, and it did not disappoint! The proprietors were kind and accommodating, and the facilities were sparkling clean! I truly cannot wait to return next fall, and every fall as long as I can!

Not at the camp ground, I don't know about locally. Pools, creeks, ect.
Room on stilts with no electricity. Cottages have wood stoves and windows for year round camping. Treehouses are screened only.
Most are like 75 a nite, but thats for beds and no electricity. Theres 1 cabin that has electricity, more expensive and ones that are like tents with a wood stove, basically. make resv's soon as u can... Fills up quickly n summer, fall
Check the website for prices
No lake, rivers nearby though that are great for swimming and tubing.
