No walk ins. I’m willing to give you money to workout in your empty gym… but okay! First box gym I’ve ever been to that doesn’t offer walk ins - which are usually free, but I would’ve paid for a day pass too. Something to think about from a business perspective.

I’m literally just in shock with my experience with this location. The person which is called a “MANAGER” is the most rude less & unprofessional person I’ve ever meet. Can’t even believe the owners still have this person working at this location. Ive called this location several of times asking to speak to the owner and they never called me back. Pretty sure she wasn’t passing the messages along to them. (WORDS BY WORDS she said I have nothing to talk to you about and hanged up. A couple of years ago, I had a small situation with the same person at the Brunswick location where my younger brother used my key fob without my consent. Found out because they notified me and cancelled my membership without giving me a chance. This was over 5 years ago. Hope Tom or Jim gets to read this message and take action.

O and by the way if you have a family member that dies and you have to leave the state for a little bit to help them and you can’t pay your bill be prepared to get a collection notice and they will …Hi Rob - please accept our condolences on the loss of your family member. As to your membership agreement, you joined on 1/20/21 and agreed to a 12-month membership. All of our club policies were explained, including the cancellation policy, and you agreed by your signature to these terms. Fifteen days later, on 2/4/21, you decided that you wanted to cancel. You complained about the cost associated with that and proposed a settlement for a lesser amount on 2/8/21. We accepted your proposal but you failed to pay even that and then stopped communicating. We explained the process that would follow. If you would like to resolve this, it is not too late. This is not the forum to resolve it. Please contact us at the club to discuss.
