I ordered compost for delivery from MOR last year. That mulch-blower truck was worth every penny. Jim was very professional and very nice. He had great advice and was efficient with his work. Delivery/install saved my back and helped my garden turn out great this year. Quality service and product. About to place my next order.

We just moved from a oklahoma and were told by the City of KC 311 department to go to a website and print out the packet “Waste Management Guide” and it would tell me all I needed to know about trash , recycling, brush ect. So, we did. Apparently the packet has not been updated in 5 years bc it says they close at 6.... written in black and white on page 8. My husband showed up at 5:05 and the security guard and man working were EXTREMLY RUDE saying “well it’s been that way for 5 years!” I’m sorry sir, we literally just moved here and that is the written info we were given. Let’s be kind guys. A little kindness goes a long way and creates a ripple of kindness. If they could have given my husband an extra 5 min of their time, it really could have helped us out. Now we have a truck bed full of brush and nowhere to take it until Monday.... and we work so that will be difficult. Very disappointed in this company. 1st and last visit. We will take our business elsewhere and also already let several neighbors who wanted to know why we were back w the brush know how we were treated... they said they will also not be visiting this business anymore and had a few stories to share about this place as well.... In response to owners response below.... Kevin, I am not concerned with your stories of people giving you “every excuse in the book” as that goes a long w any business and I didn’t have an excuse. I stated what information was given to me as to the reason I was there at 5:05. Responding to a customer w an excuse is bad business. Take the criticism, apologize, educate your employees, fix the problem, and learn from it. It may be an old edition published 5 years ago, but it is the newest and only edition available to the website in which customer service for the city of KC is directing customers so you may want to look into changing that info about your business. Maybe this is the reason for all those “late dumpers” you speak of. Maybe all those people are not giving excuses but also have the wrong info. Maybe if you and your employees actually listened to those “excuses” you would know this and it could have been fixed sooner within the last FIVE years of being incorrect. 🤷♀️

Softball size lumps of clay in the soil mix and an extremely rude jerk running the bobcat loader who was angry with me for not being able read his mind and know exactly where I needed to park so he could load my soil. Granted, he could have told me when I stepped out of the truck to ask, but he just walked off looking pissy. I'll gladly pay more at another company for a bit of polite customer service. I sure as hell won't be back.
