I thought it was a great service! The guys that came out were very friendly! I was trying to research some ways of who can help me remove some junk. I tried calling different places. No response. I definitely enjoyed the online booking option. It gave me more convenient time to get the junk outta of my home on the same day I scheduled. I will definitely use this service again! I highly recommend!

They were 30 minutes late after the 2 hour window had expired. There was no communication regarding the delay until I called them. Once they arrived, their truck was full and they indicated they would have to empty the truck prior to starting my job, further delaying another hour +. After some urging on my part, they contacted their supervisor to check availability of another truck. They ended up loading what they could but I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for another truck. I called customer service and received only excuses from a nationwide rep that had no knowledge of my particular job. She made it clear that she supported the entire US & Canada. I still paid full price with zero outreach from local leadership or any offer if concessions. I do not blame either crew, they don’t schedule and it’s not their fault. I was incredibly disappointed with this experience that wasted my entire afternoon and evening.

I had a great experience with Junk King. I called them on a Sunday evening and we were able to schedule a garage clean out first thing Monday morning. The guys showed up on time at 8am and it took them about 30 min to clean out my garage full of renovation debris. The haulers were professional and all I had to do was show them what I wanted gone. I will use Junk King again.

Junk King was responsive in setting up the appointment, and the guys that showed up on time were great. Fast, efficient and very pleasant. Made it very easy to get rid of a load of junk quickly. Based on my experience I highly recommend if you need some junk gone quickly.

Once we schedule a free no-obligation estimate we will send a team of 2 employees to your site to assess the situation. At that time we look at the items we will provide you with a price based on volume. Once you agree to the price we will start removing the items until completed. After the items have been loaded into our branded junk king truck, we will sweep up the area and process the invoice via a mobile device.
We do light demolition such as small sheds or fences but do not demolition anything that is connected to your building structure.
