A great place to work out. The staff is very helpful and the people using the facility are serious, but not the competitive type of gym rat. They are there for their health.

I so appreciate the personal/professional involvement on the part of the staff (Brooke in particular) in texting me an encouragement to come back in for a workout, noticing that I hadn’t been attending regularly. That detail alone motivated me to make another visit! I highly recommend this gym!!
