Chester has a special place in my heart since I was a kid. The flea market and downtown area were always great to go to. Now with "outlet " stores, a Starbucks and a dozen other national stores in the same vicinity as the "mom & pop" stores is a little odd, but it works.

Little pricy, but nice place for a family walk and shop. Very unique stores.

Questions & Answers

Why have all of the lights in the parking lot been out for months? The exit and entrance signs are dark and there's only one flood light in the entire parking lot which works. Very shoddy.
