This place is trash. The people in there as also rude ( customer service terrible) & they don't EVER get your order right. I told them light ice & they filled my entire cup with ice. I barely got any of my drink. & be careful with your debit/credit cards because some of the employees try to look at your card numbers! In the picture is how much of my drink i actually got, when I myself had to take ALL the ice they put in the cup. & I ordered a large & basically paid for a small ( considering the amount of my drink I actually got)

I am not sure why this Dunkin Donuts has 3.5 stars. That's too much for this establishment. Normally the customer service stinks, the order is wrong, and they are always out of stuff. It's been a year and I decided to give them another try today. Well nothing has changed. So I will never return to this establishment.

My experience with this Dunkin Donuts was subpar. I ordered a medium Iced matcha latte; They definitely got the iced part down(see pic). The cup was more iced than the actual drink itself. if you ever frequent this establishment and you order anything "ICED". I'd make sure you ask for less Ice or half ice in order for you to get a decent amount of the drink that you actually ordered.
