If I could give a zero start I would, it has been a few times I had order food and never gets delivered. When I place an order for pick and said it’s ready, they tell me 10 more minutes and it takes like 30 to 40 minutes longer. Like c’mom!

If there's a 0 star that's a better score for this store in Plainfield. Used to be ok but it just gotten worst. One order was cancelled because after 2 hours of waiting they cancelled my order said they only have 1 delivery guy and won't be able to deliver my pizza, offered a refund but was not given. I have to call my bank just to get my money back. 2nd order after getting notification of it ready for delivery, I end up going to the store and pick up my order after 1 and a half hour of waiting. Their excuse is the delivery guy. Pizza is cold on the shelf and delivery guy sitting on the table checking out his Cellphone, unbelievable. They offered me the tip refund I was like you gotta be kidding me. Emailed corporate see what they say. Last time they can only give me free points towards a free pizza. Never again going to order from this store.

I placed an online order for a lunch delivery. After watching the tracker for ~90 minutes I called the store and was told they do not deliver before 6 pm. Why is delivery an option on the site if it is not available? And why ask for my contact info if you are not going to contact me to tell me you don't deliver for lunch?

Very under staff. When I came in the 1 employee was playing music from his phone on the store speaker that had explicit language and disregarded that fact that he had customers coming in and out of the store. The ingredients In the pizza …
