We purchased a refrigerator from this store and found the product is defective after a month of use. A technician inspected the unit and opened ticket for a replacement. The sale person we worked with at the store was supposed to follow up but he never called. Fine… up to this point, the situation was pretty smooth. 5:00pm on Saturday, we get an automated delivery notification from Howard’s that the delivery is scheduled the next day with no other details as to how they pick up the defect. We had to call the CS several times to find out we are supposed to empty the fridge in use before the exchange is delivered. We had just stocked up our fridge earlier that day for the whole week and have no spare fridge to store the food while the replacement cools down to safe operational temperature. We reached out to the store sales person (who says its “out of his hands”), delivery department (who deferred to sales), and their distribution department (who went home for the day). We even offered to pay for a pickup on another day, but no one we talked to has the authority to say “yes”. The person who does went home already (distribution department manager). They told us to just get some coolers and that the defective fridge MUST be taken at the same time. Maybe we wouldn’t have been as upset if we didn’t buy $300 worth of groceries 6 hours before their notification, but Howard’s has shown no empathy to a situation of their making. This is going to be our (and anyone who will listen to us) first and last time dealing with Howard’s.

My wife and I researched for a new Samsung 4 French Door refrigerator and after checking Howard’s Appliance TV & Mattress Website, we found exact the appliance we we’re looking for. Once we entered the Store and met the Refrigerator Main Sales person, we realized, we were in great hands with services beyond our imagination. We let the Sales Representative know that our home was in the process of having new Flooring installed and a plumber was Scheduled t install a waterline for the new refrigerator. Howard’s Sales Repre, told us no worry because whenever the delivery date can be arranged to meet our schedule. But there was no need to make adjustments to the delivery of the refrigerator. With all that Howard’s did for us, I am proud to to rate this business 5 plus STARS, today and every day. Thank you, Howards Appliance TV & Mattress!

The help was cordial. Joe especially was very accommodating They have an excellent selection of appliances but not so sure they have the best prices in town! Bought a mattress there...was looking to get a Nectar mattress (the Nectar website advertised Howard’s as a retail location to test the mattress) but they did not have any on the floor to show us. We ended up with a very nice Diamond brand plush mattress that feels incredible but it was not super reasonably priced considering that the Nectar mattress online was 40% less but we did not want to buy a mattress without testing it out first. The good news is we got a free pillow a free mattress pad and a free set of sheets along with free delivery and free taking away the old mattress which we have had to pay people to do in the past so that offset some of the pain of paying a higher price for the mattress!

Great experience. We had actually purchased a washer elsewhere but when it came to delivery, they were unvaccinated and unmasked. We switched to Howard's. Saul worked with us every step of the way. They advertised their installers were safe and they kept their word.
