To say working with Yanique and the D+L team was an absolute DREAM would be a huge understatement. Yanique is an angel sent from the Wedding Heavens Above and makes you feel so seen and heard during all of the ranges of emotion one goes through during the process of not only picking out your dream dress but planning a wedding over all! I could talk (and have talked 😂) to her for hours. My husband and I got married under very unique circumstances, I was so nervous I wasn’t going to be able to get my dream Dreamers and Lovers dress The Genevieve in time for our wedding. But the team didn’t hesitate or even act for one second like it was an option to go somewhere else and promised me my dress could be made and ready in time for our big day. They are incredible- absolute magic. The best energy a bridal shop can have. My dress was spectacular and beautifully made. I plan on wearing it every anniversary for the years to come just so I can wear it annually. I recommend D+L to all of my girlfriends and co workers who aren’t even engaged yet to look into D+L when they start planning their big day 🤍 I can’t possibly say enough about this GEM of a dress shop. Loved working with this company as it felt so personal and unique. The fact the dress is made for you is so amazing, I knew I could trust the dress would fit great. Yanique was so wonderful, she even let me bring my dress back in after my final fitting & after bringing it home, because I tried it on again and decided I wanted something slightly changed - which eased my one small worry. Also, we love supporting POC /women-owned/local/small business - this bridal shop is truly amazing in so many ways. Finally, I loved that I could wear my dress sleeves up or off the shoulder! I didn’t have the “normal” dress experience by any means. I found Dreamers and Lovers online and I saw that they did at home try-ons. So I requested my size, highly anticipated it’s coming in the mail, and tried in on in my parents bedroom with my mom and sisters around. It was so special. After that I did a normal wedding dress boutique appointment but nothing felt right. I kept thinking about this dress. It was the one. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Dreamers and Lovers made a dress custom to my body + measurements. It truly was made just for me. They were so helpful in guiding me through getting my accurate measurements to send their way. I got asked about my wedding dress all day long on the day of my wedding and I haven’t stopped getting questions about it since. Thank you times a million Dreamers & Lovers!!!!

Hello. No, Dreamers&Lovers do not accept gowns as donation.
You’ll want to make sure to wear something that can easily be taken on and off. The most important thing you'll want to wear is the correct undergarments. Wear undergarments you would wear with the dress (the same color as your skin tone) including shapewear (spanx) if you’ll be wearing it.
Certain aspects of each style can be changed for example, the color, length, and sleeve length. However, we don’t create custom styles for individual brides. Please contact us to find out if a change you’d like to make to one of our existing dresses is possible.
We offer a rush service. Due to workload, availability of this service varies so please contact hello@dreamersandlovers to inquire about rush. There is a $199 rush fee (3 month timeline) and $399 double rush fee (6 week timeline).
You can buy a dress off the rack. But, unless you are extremely tight on time, you don’t have to. If you have more than one month before your wedding, we can make you a new, standard size dress at no extra cost.
Shipping takes 5-7 days for standard and 2-3 days for expedited shipping. For our home try-on service, expect to add another week to this time frame for us to get the package together before sending.
You will not need to wear a bra. For underwear, plan on wearing nude, seamless underwear.
We only carry wedding dresses.
No. Our dresses have padding in them so you will not need a bra.
It takes 5 months for a dress to be completed starting from when we get your first set of measurements. We also have rush options.
A Dreamers & Lovers dress takes 5 months from start to finish. We don't have many dresses with beading but I would encourage you to check out our website.
Yes, Diana, Halley, and Daniela are the short and tea length dresses we carry.
